Jenna is a Registered Massage Therapist who has also completed her Bachelors of Science Honours Degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Exercise Science at Ontario Tech University. Soon after she realized her passion for hands on treatment and that when combining it with exercises it would have a more significant impact in helping individuals recover or feel their best! This is what led her to study massage therapy at Sutherland- Chan School of Massage Therapy.

Jenna’s treatment focuses on a more deep tissue approach, as well as utilizing stretching and myofascial techniques but will include relaxation based treatment as needed.
